Exquisite Cacao, grown intentionally

We choose lush, expressive Cacao cultivated with earth-honoring methods, whether certified organic or not.

traceable trade with family farms

We preserve traceability through equitable, relationship-based trade with Cacao producing families. Our unique model emphasizes small batch excellence over homogenous commodity, because great Cacao is an expression of land, variety, fermentation, and processing.

Expert Selection & Rigorous quality control

After our farm traceable cacao is cultivated to ripeness, harvested, fermented, dried, and transported, we source with discernment, managing quality with devotion in every step.

Minimal Processing

Our work is to preserve the sacred. We take care to light roast each batch and slow process in stone grinders. We let the Cacao speak for itself, and don't use flavor additives.

We had it as dessert last night and it was truly, truly, so good. It was light, and fudgy, and so complex verging on savory. A real treat.

    The Honduran made me cry.

I had the pleasure of serving and drinking the 100% Don Juan Honduras Ritual Drinking Cacao with some close friends. The taste was exquisite. Not only was it a beautiful product, I appreciated the way Ty is helping bring cacao medicine to the people with intention and integrity. I really value his care in providing information about the origin of the cacao and the farmers. Not to mention Ty is just a genuine and kind human being and I believe in the mission he is devoting himself to.
